We processed the last of our 2022 chickens this past week. We have a great selection of chicken cuts, whole birds, and ground chicken. We also set aside some chicken in the freezer to make sausage when we have a little more time.
Our pork selection is a little lighter than usual, we just happened to have fewer animals going to the butcher this summer. But bacon and kielbasa should be back the end of next week, and more coming later in the fall as our supply picks back up.
